Masei Tavui is an Australian National Rugby League Player.Tavui is yet to make his NRL debut for the Tigers, however he has played this season as a forward for affiliate club Western Suburbs Magpies in the SG Ball under-19s league.Tavui’s younger brother played for the team in the Andrew Johns Cup, NSW Rugby League’s regional representative under-16s competition, in the 2023 season.

Masei Tavui was arrested on Tuesday after police in tactical gear searched a home in Austral, which is west of Liverpool.Later that same day, the NRL hopeful reported to court and was denied bail for the attempted murder of Dejan “Danny” Radulovic in Sydney’s inner west on July 29.
After reports of an attack, Radulovic was found on Donnelly Street in Balmain with serious injuries.He was taken to the hospital, but he was died. His body was found to have been shot during an autopsy.Tavui is charged with murder and is scheduled to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on December 12.
